Keto Pulled Pork

Ingredients:


  • 1 Tbs cocoa powder

  • 1 Tbs sea salt

  • 1/2 Tbs ground black pepper

  • 1/2 Tbs paprika

  • 1/2 Tbs ground ginger

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 2 Tbs olive oil

  • Pork Shoulder


Directions:


  1. Mix all spices together. Add olive oil, and mix well.

  2. Rub mix over the pork shoulder.

  3. Place in slow cooker, and cook on LOW heat for 5 hours.

  4. Shred pork, using two forks.

  5. Serve with keto bread and side of choice. (I made Oopsie bread and Cheese chips!)
