Keto Pulled Pork

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbs cocoa powder 
- 1 Tbs sea salt 
- 1/2 Tbs ground black pepper 
- 1/2 Tbs paprika 
- 1/2 Tbs ground ginger 
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 
- 2 Tbs olive oil 
- Pork Shoulder 
Directions:
- Mix all spices together. Add olive oil, and mix well. 
- Rub mix over the pork shoulder. 
- Place in slow cooker, and cook on LOW heat for 5 hours. 
- Shred pork, using two forks. 
- Serve with keto bread and side of choice. (I made Oopsie bread and Cheese chips!)
