Keto Oopsie Bread

This is such a versatile bread with many uses! I used this as a bun for my pulled pork.
Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs 
- 1 pinch sea salt 
- 5 oz cream cheese 
- 1 tsp baking powder 
- 1/2 Tbs psyllium husks powder 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300*F. 
- Separate eggs white and yolks. 
- Whip egg whites and salt together until it stiffens. 
- Mix together egg yolks and cream cheese, add psyllium husks powder and baking powder. 
- Fold egg whites into yolk mixture. 
- Put 8 dollops of batter onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 
- Bake 20-25 minutes.
