Keto Bread Loaf

This is a generic bread that can be served with pretty much anything. You can make toast, bread and butter, spread some almond butter on it, some sugar-free jam, take your pick. This has a great texture, like regular bread, and is quite delicious! If you cut this into 8 equal slices, it has 2g net carbs, 26g fat, and 7g protein per slice. Here's the recipe:



Ingredients:


  • 4 eggs

  • 7 oz cream cheese

  • 4 Tbs olive oil

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 Tbs psyllium husks powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder



Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400*F.

  2. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add cream cheese and oil. Mix well.

  3. Add remaining ingredients.

  4. Spread dough batter into a bread loaf pan (9x5"), greased with butter.

  5. Bake 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Use a toothpick to check that inside is cooked.
