Keto Bagels

As you may know, I am a former carbaholic. Keto was VERY hard for me to get used to at first. Now that I've learned how to make all these different types of breads, I'm in heaven! I tried this bagel recipe yesterday, and it turned out awesome! Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour 
- 1 Tbs baking powder 
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 
- 2 oz cream cheese, cubed 
- 2 eggs 
- optional seasonings to taste (garlic salt, cinnamon, or leave plain) 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400*F. 
- Mix flour, baking powder, and any dry seasoning you choose. 
- Microwave cream cheese and mozzarella together for 1 minute. Stir, and microwave another minute. 
- Add eggs and dry ingredients to the melted cream cheese and mozzarella. 
- Knead by-hand until a dough is formed. 
- Roll out the dough, and divide into 6 equal parts. 
- Shape each part into a bagel. 
- Bake on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet for 12-14 minutes.
