Great healthy alternative to potatoes! Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
- Whole cauliflower 
- Olive oil 
- Sea salt & Pepper 
- Parmesan cheese 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400*F. 
- Cut cauliflower into 1/2-inch slices. 
- Brush olive oil on both sides of each slice. 
- Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle salt & pepper and Parmesan cheese over the slices. 
- Bake 20 minutes, until the edges of the cauliflower start browning.
