Great healthy alternative to potatoes! Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
Whole cauliflower
Olive oil
Sea salt & Pepper
Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400*F.
Cut cauliflower into 1/2-inch slices.
Brush olive oil on both sides of each slice.
Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle salt & pepper and Parmesan cheese over the slices.
Bake 20 minutes, until the edges of the cauliflower start browning.
