Cauliflower Parm

Great healthy alternative to potatoes! Here’s the recipe:



Ingredients:


  • Whole cauliflower

  • Olive oil

  • Sea salt & Pepper

  • Parmesan cheese



Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 400*F.

  2. Cut cauliflower into 1/2-inch slices.

  3. Brush olive oil on both sides of each slice.

  4. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle salt & pepper and Parmesan cheese over the slices.

  5. Bake 20 minutes, until the edges of the cauliflower start browning.
