As a newer Keto dieter, I'm hearing a lot of different opinions on the subject, from how many carbs you're actually supposed to consume, to the affects of the diet on your body. I've heard you have to stay under 20g net carbs, while other people are saying going below 50g is dangerous. I've also heard that the high amounts of fat is not good for your heart, but doesn't the Keto diet use the fat for energy instead of carbs? So I don't really see how that would be bad if it kind of equals itself out. What are your thoughts and opinions? Experience?
