About the event
Workouts include easy-to-do walking exercises, strength training, toning, and pilates, created by Leslie Sansone. During the 10 week walking challenge, you will be provided links to daily workout videos directly from the official Leslie Sansone Walk At Home YouTube channel. The videos include floor sessions, focusing on specific areas of the body, walking, strength training, toning, stretching, pilates, stability ball exercises, jogging, and various distances and times, ranging from 5 minutes to 46 minutes. While these walks claim to be good for your heart, always make sure to consult with your doctor before beginning an exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition, any illness or physical limitations, or are pregnant. Combining these simple exercises with the Ketogenic diet may help with weight loss or overcoming plateaus. There are random days with only a simple 5-minute workout. These are designated "rest days" and may be omitted if you choose. By the 10th week, you will be walking 5K or 3 miles, and since you are building up to it, it shouldn't be a difficult task, but definitely something to be proud of!
