Who We Are

I'm Amanda, and this is my husband, Ioannis (pronounced "Yanny"). We have seven kids, four chickens, three dogs, and three tower gardens. We have a busy life, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We bought a Family Tower Garden from JuicePlus+ and have fallen in love with gardening in general. I have taken a special interest in herbs and herbal medicine, and have completed many herbology courses to learn the most I can about healing our bodies naturally, along with healthy nutrition and lifestyle. I also have a long background in the medical field, pharmacology, and nutrition. So, I decided to create this website as a way for people to get all the information they need to start living a healthy life, at no cost. This information should always be free. This is the earth God gave us, so let's put it to good use!

On our website, you can reach out to Amanda personally to get recommendations, tips, and custom plans to help you reach your health and gardening goals. I can provide food sensitivity tests for a small fee, and either of us can help you place a Tower Garden order and assist with everything from set-up to maintenance.

You will also be able to find a social area for members-only, but becoming a member is completely free. Simply sign up at the top right of the website, and you will have instant access to our healthy lifestyle and gardening forum and group pages.

Last but not least, this blog. Here, I will post how-to tutorials, tip & tricks, spotlight plants, and share random knowledge. Hopefully it will help you. I'll try to keep it short and simple. I don't know about you, but I hate scrolling past all the jibber-jabber.

We only have a couple rules for using our website. 1. Be respectful. It's okay to disagree, but it's not okay to insult or degrade people behind a screen. 2. Don't spam us. We're trusting you to use this site to your benefit, please don't use it for your personal promotion or spam. 3. Give what you take. If you learn something helpful, pass that knowledge on to others!
